1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BulkCaster ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
BulkCaster provides tools for importing Magic: The Gathering card collections, managing pricing, and exporting listings to third-party marketplaces such as eBay. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated or modified at any time.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Providing accurate and current account information
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service beyond normal use
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
5. Subscription and Billing
Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Intellectual Property
BulkCaster and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BulkCaster and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Magic: The Gathering is a trademark of Wizards of the Coast.
7. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party platforms (e.g., eBay, Manabox, Archidekt, Moxfield). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies. BulkCaster is not responsible for third-party services.
8. Affiliate Links and Partnerships
The Service may contain affiliate links to third-party retailers, including Card Kingdom. BulkCaster may earn a commission when you make purchases through these links at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not affect the accuracy of pricing data or card information displayed within the Service. Your use of third-party retailer websites is subject to those retailers' own terms and policies.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BulkCaster shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
